    Pediatrician Visit Builder

Appointments are short and it's easy to forget the important details. Answer a few questions and get a one-page summary plus a question list you can print or paste into the patient portal.

    Child's age

What's happening? (select all that apply)

How long has it been going on?

    How often do they poop?

What do stools usually look like?

    Pain or distress with pooping

    Any of these recently?

    What have you tried?

Decisions about laxatives, stool softeners, or any medication — including whether to use them, which one, and for how long — should be made with your child's pediatrician.
